300 long-range drones per year

Primoco UAV SE has long been one of the leading European providers of unmanned aerial vehicles for long-range missions. After delivering more than 40 drones last year, the Czech company recently announced an order from the Spanish Guardia Civil for several Primoco One 150 UAS, valued at approximately 4 million euros. Additionally, at the beginning of April, the company received the building permit for a new production facility in Písek.
Primoco is poised for growth. To meet existing demand and pursue further growth opportunities, planning for a new factory began about two years ago. In early April 2026, the necessary permits were granted, allowing the construction of a production facility in Písek, South Bohemia, where up to 300 Primoco drones per year are to be manufactured. The demand is certainly there, as the unmanned aerial vehicle Primoco One 150 not only has a civilian operating license from EASA but also an ICAO airworthiness certificate. More importantly, it is certified according to NATO standard STANAG 4703, making it suitable for various military applications.

With a maximum takeoff weight of 150 kilograms, the UAS in wing configuration has a payload capacity of 30 kilograms and can remain airborne for up to 15 hours. Besides border security and various search and reconnaissance missions, the UAS is also suitable for forest fire monitoring, securing critical infrastructure, or providing situational communication infrastructure.
