Whether for border surveillance, reconnaissance, precision agriculture, or disaster prevention and management, the demand for long-range uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) in India has been substantial and continues to grow. However, domestically produced drones that meet these requirements have long been in short supply. To address this gap, Zenith Unmanned Systems was founded last year. The vision: lightweight, versatile, and extremely enduring drones “Made in India”.
When Zenith Unmanned Systems was established in 2025, it immediately focused on systems optimally adapted to India’s challenging climatic and infrastructural conditions. Additionally, they aimed to comply with existing regulatory requirements and enable commercial applications. At the same time, the drones were expected to deliver performance levels typically associated with much larger aircraft.
Engineering as a Guiding Principle
Zenith Unmanned Systems follows a clear motto: technology before marketing. Instead of pouring resources into early marketing efforts, the team consistently invested in research and development.
The key was perfecting aerodynamic configurations and efficient propulsion systems, which have become the company’s hallmark.

With more than two hours of flight time, Zenith Unmanned Systems’ multicopter stands out from many comparable competitive products
