C-level event for drone and AAM decision-makers

As the conversation around advanced aerial mobility continues to grow, the focus is moving from technological possibility to real-world implementation. Aerial Cities 2026, the fifth edition of the exclusive, invitation-only, C-level event, reflects this transition. Taking place from 3 to 5 November 2026 in Fuerteventura, Spain, the event will bring together the key decision-makers actively working to integrate aerial operations into functioning environments.
Hosted at the Palacio de Formación y Congresos and organized in collaboration with Parque Tecnológico de Fuerteventura and the Cabildo de Fuerteventura, this year’s edition places a strong emphasis on deployment, infrastructure, and ecosystem alignment. Fuerteventura is not only a host location but also a strategic choice. The island is becoming one of Europe’s most ambitious aerospace and Advanced Air Mobility hubs, with significant investments in infrastructure and projects such as the Canarias Stratoport for HAPS and UAS. The Technology Park itself spans over 745,000 square meters and serves as a center for innovation, bringing together companies, startups, and public initiatives focused on future airspace systems.

The program is built around the main challenges that the industry is facing right now. Over two days, the panels will address topics such as moving beyond pilot projects and into real, scalable operations, regulation as a foundation for growth, and the integration of U-space, ATM, and highly automated operations. Other sessions focus on infrastructure on the ground, certification and safety, dual-use applications, public acceptance, and the business models that are needed to sustain long-term deployment.
One of the things that makes Aerial Cities different is its interactivity. Attendees are not passive participants but active contributors, being able to engage directly in panel discussions through live questions. This dynamic extends beyond the sessions themselves. From the pre-conference reception on 3 November to networking breaks and the gala dinner, participants have continuous access to regulators, operators, infrastructure providers, investors, and public authorities. The event’s closed-door format creates a focused environment where strategic conversations can develop into tangible collaborations, with plenty of informal moments designed to help attendees connect more easily, exchange ideas, and build relationships that continue well beyond the event itself.

The 2025 edition in Dublin demonstrated the value of this approach, bringing together over 170 senior leaders from across the drone and AAM ecosystem. Participants included more than 90 companies, over 30 public authorities and Civil Aviation Authorities, 30 first responders and infrastructure operators, 15 telecom and mobility leaders, and a growing group of institutional investors. Across 13 panels, discussions covered everything from U-space implementation and airspace integration to infrastructure readiness, investor perspectives, and connectivity for BVLOS drone operations.

Building on this momentum, Aerial Cities 2026 continues to expand its network of partners and sponsors. Confirmed organizations include ENAIRE, ResilienX, uAvionix, Moonrock Insurance, BCN Drone Center, Tulsa, Murzilli Consulting, OpenUTM, Unisphere, DMD Solutions, and Kongsberg Geospatial. The event is delivered on a non-profit basis, with all sponsorship contributions allocated directly to its organization and execution. A limited number of sponsorship opportunities remain available, offering direct visibility among a highly exclusive group of decision-makers.
In addition to sponsorship, the event is also open to speaker applications from professionals with hands-on experience in regulation, operations, infrastructure, and deployment. The program is specifically designed for those actively contributing to the transition from concept to implementation, ensuring that every session delivers practical, experience-based insights.

Confirmed speakers represent some of the most influential organizations across the advanced aerial mobility ecosystem, including EASA, ENAIRE, Telespazio Ibérica, Irish Aviation Authority, Dublin City Council, AALTO HAPS, Kongsberg Geospatial, ResilienX, uAvionix, BCN Drone Center, Moonrock Insurance, Unisphere, DMD Solutions, Murzilli Consulting, and DroneTalks. Bringing together expertise from regulators, public authorities, technology providers, infrastructure specialists, and industry leaders, the program ensures that discussions remain firmly grounded in operational experience and the realities of large-scale deployment.
At its core, Aerial Cities is about alignment. As the industry moves beyond experimentation, progress depends on collaboration between regulators, operators, cities, infrastructure providers, and investors. By bringing these stakeholders together in a single environment, the event facilitates the tools required to enable safe, scalable aerial operations.
