NH Tech Alliance Names ePropelled Founder Nick Grewal 2026 Entrepreneur of the Year

ePropelled today announced that its Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Nick Grewal, has been named the 2026 Entrepreneur of the Year Award and will formally receive the award from the New Hampshire Tech Alliance during the organization’s Innovation Summit in Nashua (October 6).
The award recognizes Grewal’s entrepreneurial achievements across more than five decades of technology innovation, business leadership and investment activity, culminating in the development of ePropelled into a globally integrated technology company serving customers across aerospace, defense, maritime, industrial and autonomous systems markets.
„I am deeply honored to receive this recognition from the New Hampshire Tech Alliance,“ said Grewal. „While the award carries my name, it is ultimately a reflection of the talented people who have helped build ePropelled and our shared belief that world-class engineering, advanced manufacturing and technology innovation can thrive in New Hampshire while serving customers around the world.
„We are living through one of the most exciting periods of technological transformation in decades as autonomy, electrification and intelligent energy management increasingly converge. ePropelled is proud to be helping shape that future.“
Since founding ePropelled in 2018, Grewal has led the company’s growth from an ambitious technology venture into a global organization designing and manufacturing intelligent and energy systems for uncrewed vehicles operating across air, land and sea.
Today, ePropelled operates through manufacturing headquarters in New Hampshire alongside engineering and development centers in Coventry, United Kingdom, and Chennai, India. The company serves customers worldwide through sovereign supply chains and continues to advance technologies that improve the performance, endurance, efficiency and operational effectiveness of autonomous and uncrewed platforms.
„Nick recognized early that autonomy, electrification and intelligent power management would become defining technologies of the coming decades,“ said Dean Marcarelli, Chief Commercial Officer of ePropelled. „Under his leadership, ePropelled has evolved into a global innovation company developing advanced propulsion, power management and systems integration technologies. More recently, the company has pioneered software-defined propulsion architectures that combine hardware, intelligence and connectivity into unified operating ecosystems for next-generation autonomous platforms.
„From our manufacturing operations in New Hampshire to our engineering and development teams in the United Kingdom and India, ePropelled continues to deliver technologies that help customers unlock new levels of performance across uncrewed aerial, ground and maritime systems. This award is fitting recognition of Nick’s entrepreneurial vision, determination and leadership.“
Prior to founding ePropelled, Grewal founded Nashoba Networks, a pioneer in advanced networking technology that was acquired by Cisco Systems in 1996. He later invested in and advised more than 40 technology companies, including many based in New Hampshire, while actively supporting entrepreneurs, founders and emerging technology ventures.
The Entrepreneur of the Year recognition highlights both Grewal’s individual achievements and ePropelled’s ongoing commitment to innovation, advanced manufacturing and the future development of autonomous, connected and electrified
