Dronitaly 2026 in Bologna: Business, Innovation and Research

From 11 to 13 March 2026, Bologna will host the eleventh edition of Dronitaly, the only international event in Italy entirely dedicated to civil drones for professional use. The exhibition will take place at the elegant EX-GAM Congress Center and will come back in spring, at the request of industry operators.

    • Organised by BolognaFiere Water&Energy in collaboration with Mirumir, the 2026 edition continues the path initiated with the special event hosted in September 2025 at the ENEA Brasimone Research Centre, confirming Dronitaly’s role as a meeting and discussion platform for companies, institutions, Public Administrations and the research community, thanks to a format that integrates exhibition space, in-depth content and qualified networking.

    The exhibition area will host more than 40 Italian and international companies, presenting solutions for civil drone applications, also in a B2B and B2G perspective. Dronitaly will host the Hub Ricerca e Innovazione (Research and Innovation), where researchers, students and start-ups will present innovative solutions involving the professional and civil use of drones.

    The conference programme will focus on key application areas – agro-forestry, security, environmental monitoring, emergency services – with specific attention to data management, Artificial Intelligence and the integration of drones into existing logistics infrastructure.
