DroneShield Launches Mission Ready Services

DroneShield (ASX:DRO), a global leader in advanced counter-drone technologies, today announced the launch of Mission Ready Services, a comprehensive lifecycle support offering designed to help customers maintain operational readiness, accelerate operator proficiency, and maximize the long-term value of their DroneShield deployments.

As counter-drone solutions become increasingly critical to military, government, public safety, critical infrastructure, and commercial security operations, organizations face a growing need to sustain capability long after procurement and initial deployment. With more than 4,100 software-enabled DroneShield devices already in the field, Mission Ready Services addresses this challenge through a unified framework of software subscriptions, technical support, eLearning and centralized digital engagement through the DroneShield Access Portal.

Mission Ready Services delivers four key capability areas:

Software Updates
Software updates provide customers with ongoing access to software releases, feature enhancements, security updates, performance improvements, and evolving counter-drone capabilities. By maintaining current software versions, customers can keep solutions optimized against emerging threats and operational requirements while simplifying renewal and lifecycle management.

eLearning
Deployment-focused eLearning helps operators, administrators, and leadership teams build and maintain proficiency across DroneShield solutions. On-demand, self-paced resources progress from foundational device operation through mission-specific application, providing customers with scalable training that can be accessed throughout the operational lifecycle. Courses include completion tracking and certification to support ongoing readiness.

Support
Mission Ready Services provides access to specialist technical support designed to help customers resolve issues quickly, minimizing downtime during critical operations. Dedicated support teams provide counter-drone expertise, technical triage, and accelerated issue resolution, with basic and extended support options available based on customer requirements.

Access Portal
The DroneShield Access Portal provides a centralized gateway to Mission Ready Services, giving customers a single location to manage documentation, eLearning, subscription renewals, and support. The portal includes planning resources to assist customers in managing their counter-drone architecture.

Mission Ready Services is available globally across both DroneShield’s existing and next generation product lines, with support offerings and service options continuing to expand as the company scales its worldwide customer support infrastructure.
