Elbit Systems’ FUSE Acquired Blue White Robotics Ltd., Expanding its Autonomous and Robotics Portfolio

Elbit Systems Ltd.’s FUSE has completed the acquisition of the Israeli technology company Blue White Robotics Ltd. (Bluewhite), a developer of AI-powered autonomous solutions for critical off-road and defense applications. Under the terms of the agreement, FUSE acquired 100% of Bluewhite’s shares.
Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, Bluewhite has developed a unique offroad autonomy platform that enables seamless, OEM-agnostic capabilities. Bluewhite products, Pathfinder, an autonomy kit for converting conventional vehicles to fully autonomous, and Compass, a cloud-based fleet operations software, transform ground vehicles into fully autonomous, intelligent fleets capable of executing complex missions in rugged environments. With more than 100,000 cumulative autonomous operating hours across agricultural and defense platforms, Bluewhite brings a mature ground autonomy stack (TRL 8–9) with proven deployment across both civil and military markets.
The acquisition strengthens FUSE’s multi-domain autonomy capabilities, complementing its existing unmanned aerial and swarm technologies and enhancing its ability to deliver advanced robotic and manned–unmanned teaming (MUM‑T) solutions to defense and homeland security customers worldwide.
“Autonomy and robotics are reshaping how defense forces operate today” said Eyal Dahan, CEO of Fuse. “The world is changing rapidly, and modern battlefields require vast adoption of robotics capabilities. The integration of Bluewhite’s technologies into FUSE’s multi-domain ecosystem enhances our ability to deliver unified autonomous solutions across air, land, and indoor domains. This step enhances FUSE’s autonomous robotics capabilities, positioning the company to effectively address the growing global demand for scalable, AI-powered autonomy”.
“This is a thrilling new chapter for our technology and our amazing team,” said Ben Alfi, Bluewhite CEO. “Our mission has always been to bring practical autonomy to the field. By joining forces with FUSE and Elbit Systems, we gain a unique platform to bring our AI-driven ground autonomy technology to scale across defense, security and industrial applications. I believe the combination of Bluewhite’s proven autonomy expertise and Elbit Systems’ advanced technologies and extensive operational experience will accelerate the deployment of intelligent autonomous systems in some of the world’s most demanding environments”.
