Warsaw Security Expo 2025 – New Technologies and Strategic Cooperation
From 2–4 December 2025, Warsaw Security Expo – the International Trade Fair for Security and Protection Systems – will take place at Ptak Warsaw Expo. It is the largest event in Poland dedicated to the security industry, annually bringing together hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of professionals eager to discover the latest solutions in the field of protection and safety.

One of the key highlights of this year’s edition will be the conference co-organized with the Polish Chamber of Security, which has taken the role of honorary patron of the fair. This strategic cooperation underscores the importance of integrating the entire industry and creates a platform for discussions on the challenges that the security sector faces in the era of rapidly evolving technologies.
Warsaw Security Expo 2025 will showcase the latest solutions in monitoring systems, access control, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, and crisis management. However, a particularly important focus will be the section dedicated to security in relation to drones. Unmanned aerial vehicles, increasingly used in patrol, rescue, and monitoring operations of public spaces and industrial facilities, are gaining critical importance in modern protection strategies. The drone zone will feature presentations of the latest UAV models, fleet management systems, as well as counter-drone technologies that are becoming indispensable for the protection of strategic facilities.
Amidst the wave of drone attacks from Russia, which have become a real threat to infrastructure and civilian populations, this topic takes on even greater significance. Participants will have the opportunity to see how counter-drone technologies and detection systems can effectively support security efforts on both national and local levels.
– “Warsaw Security Expo is an event that responds to the real needs of the industry. We see that technologies such as UAVs and counter-drone systems are no longer the future, but the present, which is why we created a dedicated space where participants can explore their practical applications,” emphasize the organizers.
The fair will also provide opportunities for direct business meetings and exchange of experience between manufacturers, security service providers, public administration, and end users. Thanks to its broad formula and cooperation with the Polish Chamber of Security, this year’s edition has the potential to become the most important knowledge-sharing and networking platform in the region.
Warsaw Security Expo 2025 will be held on 2–4 December at Ptak Warsaw Expo. Registration is already open on the organizer’s website.
